Information we collect
When you make an enquiry, we may collect your name, organisation, work email, telephone number, website, preferred next step and the information you choose to include in your message. Agency enquiries may also include an approximate active-client range.
We also receive limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records sanitised page paths and event information such as audience selection, video interaction, booking-link clicks and successful form submission. Private gift codes and internal record identifiers are removed from page paths. We do not send the content of your form, your name or your email address to analytics.

Each provider processes information under its own safeguards and contractual terms.
Analytics cookies
Google Analytics is off unless you select “Accept analytics”. Your choice is remembered across kudosable.com, go.kudosable.com and studio.kudosable.com. You can change it at any time using the “Cookie settings” button. Rejecting analytics does not affect the website’s essential functions.
International processing
Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate contractual and legal safeguards designed to protect personal information.
How long we keep it
Website enquiries are reviewed periodically and will normally be removed after 24 months if no working relationship develops, unless we need to retain a limited record for legal, accounting, security or legitimate business reasons.
